Our oil is produced from dry range (not irrigated) trees - which typically results in a much lower quantity of oil - but enhances the flavor. Our certified biodynamic-organic, regenerative extra virgin olive oil has been awarded gold medals in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 and was also judged as the best extra virgin olive oil in Victoria in 2021! Clearly a very special oil indeed.

Our 2L cask is ideal for families. Our casks (bag in a box) come with a tap to seal in freshness by eliminating the ingress of air to maintain the quality of our certified biodynamic-organic, regenerative extra virgin olive oil for much longer.
