Our oil is produced from dry range (not irrigated) trees - which typically results in a much lower quantity of oil - but enhances the flavor. Our certified biodynamic-organic, regenerative extra virgin olive oil has been awarded gold medals in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 and was also judged as the best extra virgin olive oil in Victoria in 2021! Clearly a very special oil indeed that has outstanding flavour with excellent texture and a creamy light mouthfeel. The judges described it as ‘Complex and flavourful’. .
